The ‘Abhilasha’ program for nurses is structured to give them the skills necessary for effective patient management & enhanced service orientation. It gives them increased confidence through the development of their soft skills, helping them handle patients and patient’s relatives more effectively and manage their career better.
All the 65 participants felt that the Program was useful for them.
